Location: the hotel was just next door to the beautiful jungle and Ubuds attractions and the center. Had tea and goodies at Usha Cafe & Bakery, nestled 1 mi of the property. We stayed in a good sized and brand-new room with big windows through which a lot of light enters.

We had an incredible stay at a resort in Ubud. The breathtaking view of the rice fields from our clean and comfortable room was amazing. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed the refreshing morning swims in the pool surrounded by lush plants. The first-class breakfast, with the option of room delivery, was a delightful touch. The staff even helped us with our luggage. We wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, the resort was fully booked. We did, however, appreciate the kind gesture of being allowed to use the pool at the neighboring resort. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Nothing that I didn't like ☺️

Stayed in a private villa - GREAT facilities, modern bathroom, private pool, mosquito net, comfy beds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was delivered to the room upon request. Affordable price for a 5-night stay. Both private and communal pools were fantastic. a lovely stay and would definitely return in the future!

We had an amazing time at this resort. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet and lush area just a short ride away from the bustling city center. Scooter rental and taxis are available, making transportation convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The on-site restaurant offers a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The resort also provides facilities such as a swimming pool and a spa for relaxation.
There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as a stuck sliding door and a bathroom door that didn't close properly.

I absolutely loved the traditional Balinese decor at The Kalyana Ubud Resort. The hotel's general areas were beautifully adorned with intricate woodwork and cultural artifacts. It truly gave me a sense of being immersed in the local culture. Additionally, the resort was well-designed and easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place for ease of movement.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more seating areas and rest spots throughout the resort. It would have been nice to have more options to sit and relax, especially during walks around the beautiful grounds.

Fairly clean, small hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed fairly quiet rooms and welcoming staff. I was offered a room with lovely views of the garden. Marvellous and amazing location to get to ubud centre, met my requirements. Ate at Mama Lobster Restaurant, it's at a moderate distance from the venue.
